In a short span of time, we have made remarkable progress, building a strong client base that includes major contractors. This achievement is rooted in our director’s extensive relationships forged in the civil and structural engineering industry, which have allowed us to establish a reputation for reliability and professionalism.
In 2025, we proudly acquired 3 Point Surveys Ltd, another well-established surveying company. This strategic acquisition has expanded our technical capabilities, strengthened our team, and enhanced the range of services we can offer our clients.
At Corner Point Surveys, we deploy both Trimble and Leica surveying equipment, renowned worldwide for their quality, accuracy, and reliability. Trimble and Leica represent the industry’s leading technology in total stations, GNSS systems, laser scanning, and data collection software. This enables us to deliver surveys with exceptional precision, providing a reliable foundation for every project.
Our team brings over 130 years of combined surveying and engineering experience, offering extensive expertise to support your projects. Our chartered directors have run a successful civil and structural engineering company for more than a decade, a unique advantage that allows us to provide comprehensive engineering insight alongside our surveying services.

Corner Point Surveys joined The Survey Association as an associate member in 2021 and progressed to attain Full Member status in 2023. The Survey Association, known generally as TSA, provide assurance that the member companies include well qualified professionals, who can work alongside you to help your project run effortlessly. In order to qualify for accreditation with TSA, certain processes should be in place whether that relates to the use of high-quality equipment or how a survey is processed and presented.
TSA also provide training courses and CCD schemes, which improves the skills and knowledge of practicing surveyors ensuring emerging technologies are accessible and supported. We are very proud to be accredited by TSA and look to maintain such high standards when providing one of our many services
